Saif Ali Khan - ‘All is well with Kareena and me’

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor have always been open about their relationship and their romance has been up and going for quite sometime now. However, of late, the gossip columns have been red with news that their relationship is going through a rough phase probably because of Saif’s growing fondness for Deepika Padukone who is his co-star in Aakarshan and Cocktail.

Saif, on the other hand, vehemently denies such reports and said at a press statement, “I would like to reassure our fans and well-wishers that all is well with Kareena and I…we are working hard but we always make time for each other.

All these rumours are disturbing and untrue…especially when families are brought into it in such bad taste. I wouldn’t like to say anymore except we are very happy together.”

Saif Ali Khan will the host for IIFA Rocks

Chote Nawab aka Saif Ali Khan is all set to host the IIFA Rocks which is a music and fashion event. Saif has performed in Dubai on the stage of IIFA. Besides, he has also burnt the stage in Colombo and Yorkshire. Earlier Saif has walked IIFA Green Carpets and has been adored by everyone for his excellent taste of fashion and style. Given the fact that he is a style icon for today’s youth, he is just too perfect as an anchor for the fashion event.

In addition to this Saif is also known for his passion for music. So it would be just ideal situation when this ardent lover of music will dazzle the IIFA Rocks event that is also marked with celebration of great music and high fashion styles at Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto. Saif will try to hold the attention of the not less than 7,500 people present at the event.

Worth mentioning here is the fact that IIFA Rocks is an event aimed for raising funds for the IIFA Foundation which is established by the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) to support families of the film industry workers who have been adversely affected during the production of films. A special thing at this year’s IIFA rocks is that it will announce the 12th Floriana IIFA Technical Award winners.

Many renowned musicians are taking part in the concert and the sensational trio of Shankar – Ehsaan- Loy would be a real pleasure for the audience. An icing on the cake would be an astounding performance by the supermodels from around the world. The Videocon d2h IIFA Weekend will be held from the 23rd – 25th of June, concluding with the spectacular, Floriana IIFA Awards.

Madame Tussauds will feature Kareena Kapoor, opens 16th August

Kareena Kapoor will now have her wax statue at Madame Tussauds and it is all set to be unveiled on the 16^th of August. Its now double delight for Kareena Kapoor as the date it is set to be unveiled happens to be Saif Ali Khan's birthday too. There were rumors earlier that Kareena Kapoor's wax statue will not feature at Madame Tussads but the rumors have been put to rest now. Kareena Kapoor is now said to be waiting for Madame Tussauds to officially announce the unveiling of her wax statue. 

It is also rumored that Kareena Kapoor will be taking Saif Ali Khan and his family for the ceremony of the statue's opening. Kareena Kapoor is also expected to take with her Karisma Kapoor and Samaira along with her to London for the function. Bebo after all seems to have got the issue sorted with the mediators that essentially put to risk of her statue featuring at Madame Tussauds. 

Kareena Kapoor will only be the second actress after Aishwarya Rai to have her wax statue at Madame Tussauds.
