Amitabh Bachchan may be the most successful and top notch senior actor in Bollywood, but he sure is humble and grounded even now. So, when Anupam Kher personally asked him for a special appearance in his long struck project the film Mr. Bhatti on Chutti under the direction of Karan Razdan, senior Bachchan did not hesitate for a second to say yes to it.
The film has Anupam Kher play the lead as Mr. Bhatti who happens to be a huge fan of Amitabh Bachchan in the film. Says Razdan, “I was hesitant to ask Amitabh Bachchan to play a small part in my film but Anupamji personally put in a word to Mr. Bachchan to hear the script and after the narration Mr. Bachchan immediately agreed to play a cameo in the film only for Anupam Kher.”
“I was happy to have Amitji on board as this is my first comedy film and legendary stars like Anupamji and Amitji what more could I ask for” he added.
