SANJAY DUTT IN AGNEEPATH
Here’s a sneak peek of the deadly Dutt’s Kancha Cheena look in the upcoming film Agneepath. The first look was shared by Karan Johar to all the Sanju fans on the occasion of his 52nd birthday today.
“First Look of Sanjay Dutt in Agneepath! Await your comments,” filmmaker Karan Johar said on micro-blogging site twitter.
In the pic, Sanjay’s look, literally chills the spines. His shaved head, waxed-off eyebrows, bulked up physique and tattoos over his arms, is enough to scare little children. That grin is surely gonna give us nightmares.
‘Agneepath’, a remake of the 1990 Hindi film is reportedly different from the original film. The original ‘Agneepath’, directed by Mukul Anand, starred Amitabh, Mithun Chakraborty, Madhavi, Rohini Hattangadi and Danny Denzongpa; and was produced by Yash Johar, Karan’s late father.
The remake version will see Hrithik reprising Bachchan’s iconic role of Vijay Deenanath Chauhan, while Priyanka Chopra would be the female lead. The character essayed by Mithun Chakraborty has been totally done away in the remake and the role of villain played by Danny Denzongpa is being essayed by Dutt. Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor will play another negative character. The remake version hits cinema houses on January 13, 2012.
SHAHID AND PRIYANKA TOGETHER | LATEST UPDATE OF PRIYANKA CHOPRA | LATEST UPDATE OF SHAHID KAPOOR | LATEST MOVIE OF SHAHID AND PRIYANKA
The two actors are shooting for their next film near London, far away from prying eyes
Don’t be surprised if you soon hear that Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra are together again. The on-off couple is shooting for their next film Teri Meri Kahaani in the beautiful environs of Stratford Upon Avon. William Shakespeare’s birthplace may just be a few hours away from London, but it’s quite far from the madding crowds of gossip-mongers that focus eager eyes on the beautiful people. And it gives these two just the privacy they need to bond again…or so we can imagine. The duo has been spotted filming outside the town’s pubs, indulging in some PDA by the river Avon (for the film, baba!) and just walking down the streets of the village. Add to that – Teri Meri Kahaani is a love story. So there will be a lot of coochie-cooing going on for the camera, and wethinks (wehope?) it just might continue off screen too. That’s how it was with them the first time around, remember? Buzz is that though they knew each other socially, they got close only when they shot for Kaminey. We love the two together and really hope they come back home ready and, of course, willing to make their relationship public.
ROSHNI CHOPRA INTERVIEW | ROSHNI CHOPRA LATEST UPDATE
Roshni Chopra: Films with the ‘Bhatt’ label have a distinctive flavour
She got off to a flying start as Pia in the daily soap Kasamh Se. And since then there’s been no looking back for this loquacious host, who is now quite a prominent face on television.
Usually seen as show anchor, the actress has now stepped into a different path – the world of films. Meet Roshni Chopra at her eloquent best, talking about her new venture, a romantic thriller called Phirr and directed by Vikram Bhatt, and about life in general…
Tell us something about your character in Phirr…
I have known Vikram (Bhatt) for a long time and had interviewed him once for a show. After three years he called me up and said that he’s got a role for me. I said ‘yes’ after reading the script. My character is an NRI girl who lives abroad, but is Indian at heart. Rajneesh Duggal is my husband in the movie. The character is, in fact, quite similar to me in a lot of ways. It’s a blend of western education and eastern values…
MOVIE REVIEW | LATEST MOVIE REVIEW | KHAP MOVIE REVIEW
Director: Ajai Sinha
Cast: Om Puri, Mohnish Bahl, Anooradha Patel, Uvika Chowdhury, Sarrtaj, Manoj Pahwa, Govind Namdev
Ajai Sinha was responsible for well-known and well executed television shows like Astitva andHasratein, but something seems to have gone off track in his directing skills in Khap. The story is current, relevant and frighteningly real, based on the khap system, or honour killing. Ria (Chowdhury) and Kush (Sarrtaj) are two young people in love and decide to marry. Ria’s father, Madhur (Bahl) had left his village 16 years earlier, exiled by the khap law and traumatised by the death of his friend by that same norm. Choudhary (Om Puri), Ria’s grandfather, is the president of the khap panchayat, which had ordered the death of Veer and Surili. Madhur is chosen to investigate that double killing. Meanwhile, Ria and Kush have also violated the khap law and battle the family and the system for their freedom to live happily ever after. Unfortunately, neither the young leads nor the flow of the film look either coherent or fluent. The film stutters and coughs, with the stars trying too hard and the director lost for any sense of…err…direction. Patel, an earnest actor, could have been given more to show off her talent, but Om Puri and Namdev make a strong and believable point with their presence and powerful characterisations. This one is worth watching for its basic concept, but avoidable for its actual presentation of a current and contentious issue.
GANDU LATEST UPDATE | GANDU IN MUMBAI
The film will have multiple screenings for a day at Mumbai’s Naya Cinema Film Festival
No. This is not abuse. Cineswami is simply referring to director Qaushik Mukherjee’s raw, kinetic, energetic and controversial film Gandu. Controversial, because the director, who calls himself just Q these days, has boldly included explicit sex in the film besides some expletives, but that’s not so shocking in these days of Delhi Belly. Having seen the film, Cineswami can safely say that the sex is not there just for prurient reasons or sensationalism – it’s just there, as it is part of everyday life anywhere in the world.
The good news for Mumbaikars is that they can finally see the film, for one day only. And no, it won’t be censored. In Q’s words: “AFTER WEEKS OF GOING UP AND DOWN THE CORRIDORS OF THE MINISTRY, NAYA FILM FESTIVAL IS FINALLY SHOWING GANDU. JULY 30. 5 BACK TO BACK SCREENINGS STARTING 12 NOON. BE THERE AND SUPPORT THE MOVEMENT.”
The capital letters are Q’s, not mine, as he is shouting to get attention to the fact that not only has he made a bold film, but he has finally got permission to show it, if only for a day, to members of the general public, as is and not butchered. The screenings are free and have already attracted tremendous attention. Amongst these will be self-appointed moral guardians who will no doubt create trouble at the venue. Let’s hope that Gandu supporters outnumber these guardians, who should be firmly put in their place – the gutter that is. After all, if their minds are already in the gutter, why not their bodies? The real reason why these guardians will show up is not to protest against the film, but secretly hoping to catch a glimpse of the sex on show.
Cineswami will put you out of your misery and give you details of the Mumbai screenings now:
Gandu – The Film – 30th July – 12.00 pm, 1.30 pm, 3.00 pm, 4.30 pm, 6.00 pm
Fun Republic Preview Theater, Fun Republic Building, Andheri (W)
Gandu Circus – The band performs – 30th July – 8.30 pm Mumbai Times Cafe – Bandra (W)
Priority will be given to Enlighten and Naya Cinema delegates.
This is an uncensored screening hosted by Naya Film Festival. Please carry a sign saying RELEASE GANDU. Support the indie movement. Spread the word.
The screening is open to all on a first come first served basis.
Gandu hasn’t been denied a censor certificate yet because Q hasn’t applied for one yet. He is waiting for a hopefully more liberal censor regime to come into force, as it is due to in August, and then apply. Q has plenty of vocal Bollywood supporters including Anurag Kashyap, who has already spoken at public forums and to the certification board chief Leela Samson about the film. Incidentally, Kashyap has also stepped in to co-produce Q’s next film, Tasher Desh, based on a Rabindranath Tagore dance opera. Will be interesting to see the Gandu director’s take on an Indian icon….
Vivek Oberoi go to jail? | Latest update of vivek oberai | vivek oberai latest gossip
The actor and his father have been drawn into a legal matter – a check for Rs 3 crore that bounced right back to bite them
As if he hasn’t been mired in enough controversies already! Now Vivek Oberoi comes face to face with another one. This time, it’s a serious legal charge. The metropolitan magistrate court on Thursday issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against Vivek and his father Suresh Oberoi, along with four other board of directors and a manager of Oberoi Multimedia Limited, a company allegedly run under the directions, instructions and supervision of the father and son actor-duo, in a case of a bounced cheque worth Rs 3 crore.
The court granted permission to file a NBW against all the accused, including the father-son duo, because of their failure to be present in court during the last three hearings since December 2010. Complainant Jawaharlal Agicha said that he was acquainted with Suresh Oberoi’s relative and company’s MD Annand Oberoi and its manager Anil Lalwani, who requested him to provide financial assistance for the company’s brand promotion and launching of products by Suresh and Vivek Oberoi in India as well as in Hollywood.
In order to induce him to be part of this, he was allegedly given a proposal of issuing Bill of Exchange and post-dated cheques as repayment of the Rs3.9-crore loan. But the matter reached court in December last year when the demands of repayment were ignored. How will Viv and his papa get out of this one? We have no clue, but wait for more on this…
ANUSHKA SHARMA ON SIMI GREWAL SHOW | SIMI GREWAL SHOW LATEST UPDATE | LATEST UPDATE OF SIMI GREWAL | LATEST UPDATE OF ANUSHKA SHARMA
The Band Baaja Baaraat gal denies rumours of linkups. Now where have we heard that before?
When you are single, gorgeous and are paired with a hot hero, link ups are bound to happen. So it was not surprising when rumours began floating about Anushka Sharma being in a relationship with Badmaash Company hero Shahid Kapoor and Band Baaja Baaraat hottie Ranveer Singh. But the leggy lass denied all those link up rumours on Simi Selects India’s Most Desirable. “Shahid and Ranveer are my friends and we chat about everything,” she revealed. When prodded about her equation with Ranveer, she added, “I respect Ranveer Singh, he’s attractive but for me a relationship can’t be frivolous. A man has to be patient and calm me down… We are very different people. We have a very volatile relationship, we can actually kill each other and I am serious… I think Ranveer is not ready to be in a relationship right now, I’m definitely not.” Thank you for clarifying, Anushka. Next time, make it a li’l more believable, okay?

NEHA DHUPIA LATEST UPDATE | LATEST GOSSIP OF NEHA DHUPIA | LATEST UPDATE OF NEHA DHUPIA | NEHA DHUPIA LATEST NEWS | NEHA DHUPIA UPDATE | NEHA DHUPIA GOSSIP
Despite an interesting journey onscreen so far, Neha Dhupia, who will be seen in Gandhi to Hitler, feels that the film world is not taking notice of her potential. The babe gets candid on her tryst so far with Bollywood…
Miss India-turned-actress Neha Dhupia is not someone to shy away from challenges; on the contrary, she loves them. And that’s what keeps her going. It would not be incorrect to say that slowly and in a smart way she has made a little place for herself in the Hindi film industry.
After a long gap she returns onscreen in another offbeat avatar – Eva Braun (Adolf Hitler’s partner and wife), in her latest film, Gandhi to Hitler. About playing the historical character Neha says, “It was a challenging role. And I love challenges.” Unlike Hitler, there is little information available in history books on his long-time partner-turned-wife, but Neha lapped every little write-up and picture she could find to familiarise herself with her part.
This is not the first time she has done something unconventional. Remember Ek Chalis Ki Last Local, Mithya, Raat Gayi Baat Gayi and the very recent Phas Gaya Re Obama? So far she has excelled in the off-the-beaten-track kind of work. Is that why she consciously treads that path? “No, the conscious decision is always to be associated with the right kind of script,” insists Neha. “I don’t know if something is going to work or not going to work. But at my level, I know my work is immortal and it is going to stay longer than me. And I want to be associated with the right script at least at the level of story-telling. If a film works or doesn’t work – that’s really not in my control.”
However, she strongly relies on gut instinct. The Cochin-born actor explains, “You know, I am extremely happy with the response Phas Gaya Re Obama got. I am so happy that I am on the same wavelength as the audience. But at the same time I am not shying away from commercial cinema or smaller budget films. Last year I also did Action Replayy. It’s really not the size of the film. I think the size of a film is defined on the Friday it releases. You could spend 50 crores and next day your worth could be zero, or you could spend three crores and the next day your worth could be 30 crores.”
It is no surprise that Neha is a favourite with a lot of small-time and offbeat filmmakers. TheQayamat debutant said that she did Phas Gaya Re Obama because the director wanted no one but her to play the female Gabbar. After such preferential treatment, how does she cope with small parts in mainstream multi-starrers (Singh is Kingg, De Dana Dan and Action Replayy)? “No, I am not okay. It’s just that I get great roles. In Action Replayy, I had a good role – at least on paper. But it’s unfortunate when such things happen. When a film goes through an edit, it is for the benefit of the film. See, I am not going to sit here and cry about what happened and what didn’t happen,” she insists.
“But, yes, all I am saying is that I have been in the industry for seven years now and if I have lasted this long, I am sure the audience has accepted me. I have done a lot of challenging work in the past few years. Whether it is Ek Challis Ki Last local or Mithya or Singh is Kingg, or being a small part of a lovely film like Shootout at Lokhandwala, or even breaking out from a film like Julie and getting straight into a salwar kameez-clad role in Chup Chup Ke, I feel it’s high time people sit up and take notice. I just feel, as far as the fraternity is concerned, I deserve a lot more,” says Neha.
Instead of crying herself hoarse for not receiving her due as an actor, she takes it positively. “But the good thing is that from here the scale only goes up. If you think you have received your due, then it’s a really scary place. Here, with a film, I get a pat on my back and it’s really nice. It is challenging and I love it. I love being a part of the industry. I think I have carved a niche of my own and I am in this phase that makes me comfortable, happy. I enjoy the work I am doing. Work is coming my way. And you just have to choose the right thing. As long as you are in a position where you are choosing and not begging, it is a great place to be.”

The Dabangg dude’s bodyguard Shera says that he will never reveal the secrets of the controversial star
During the promotions of Ready Salman Khan showed gratitude to the small and unknown workers of Film City studios. This time for the promo launch of his brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri’s production Bodyguard, the Dabangg actor introduced his personal bodyguard Shera to the world and showed his appreciation for him. The actor’s long-time guard will also be seen shaking a leg in an item song that brings back ex-lovers Salman and Katrina Kaif together on screen. As expected, Shera was anxious when he was asked to show his dance moves. Shera recalls, “This is the first time I was in front of the camera with Salman bhaidoing this item song. He just showed me some dance steps and I did a lot of rehearsal before the final take. It was scary and I was nervous.” Shera is Sallu’s most trusted man and the actor had said in a recent interview that he feared the idea of his bodyguard coming out with a tell-all book on him. Shera responded by saying that he has never even thought of it! “I will never write a book on Salman bhai. This is one thought that has never occurred to me. I cannot break his trust. He said all these things in jest and I would like to keep it that way,” said Shera. Well, if Salman’s bodyguard was in Hollywood he would have made truckloads of money by revealing the star’s secrets!
DHOOM 3 LATEST UPDATE | DHOOM 3 UPDATE | ABHISHEK BACHCAN UPDATE OF DHOOM 3 | ABHISHEK BACHCHAN DELAYS DHHOM 3 | LATEST IMAGES OF ABHISHEK BACHCHAN
AB junior asks Aditya Chopra to postpone the shooting ofDhoom:3 so he can be around his new born baby, giving Aamir Khan the time to prepare for his gymnast avatar
After Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, it’s father-to-be Abhishek Bachchan’s turn to prioritise baby over work. Story is that the actor has asked Yash Raj Films to postpone the filming ofDhoom:3 from November (Ash is expected to deliver the baby in this month) to mid-December 2011; to shoulder his fatherly responsibilities. How sweet, we say. Now the Chopras and the Bachchan’s share family ties, so without any hue and cry Jai Dixit’s request has been conceded. But this is not the first time Abhishek is getting all excited about the baby.
In the recent TV commercials of a mobile service that the actor endorses, someone smartly got Junior Bachchan’s still-to-arrive baby to promote the brand. It will be no surprise if it was Abhishek’s idea. We have heard of star couples endorsing products. After this, do we see the beginning of a new trend where B-town babies too start figuring in the endorsements? Anyway, it is clear that the young Bachchans are eagerly waiting to step into their new role of parents. But in the bargain, Aamir Khan has also benefited from the delay of the new Dhoom flick. The talented actor is slated to play a gymnast in the film. Last heard he was looking for a trainer to prepare him for the role. Currently the actor-cum-filmmaker is vacationing, probably enjoying the sweet success of Delhi Belly. But once he’s back, he will go head on into the preparations for his Dhoom:3 part. Even though this rescheduling may disappoint Dhoom fans, we know that with Aamir and Aditya at the helm of things, this one shall be worth the wait.
MOVIE REVIEW OF GANDHI TO HITLER | LATEST MOVIE REVIEW | MOVIE REVIEW | LATEST MOVIE GAREVIEW | MOVIE REVIEWNDHI TO HITLER | MOVIE TRAILER | DOWNLOAD MOVIE GANDHI TO HITLER | FREE DOWNLOAD MOVIE | WALLPAPERS OF MOVIE GANDHI TO HITLER
Director: Rakesh Ranjan Kumar
Cast: Raghubir Yadav, Neha Dhupia, Avijit Dutt, Nikita Anand, Nalin Singh
Sometimes a film is funny even though the makers never intended it to be. Take Gandhi to Hitler, which aims to bring out the stark contrast between Hitler, who used violence to change his world, and Gandhi, who used peace to change his. The bloopers are more noticeable than forgivable, the jingoism nauseatingly overwhelming and the execution painfully amateurish. In all that, a well-meaning film has become farcical and presumably unintentionally, hilariously watchable in the same vein as a Marx Brothers movie. The whole story seems to be set in some Himalayan resort or Punjab village, while all the characters are Indian, accent and all, wearing bad dye jobs or even-worse-fitting wigs. So there is a Russian Red Army recruit who happily invades anything he thinks he can, a French infantryman who shoots and then asks questions, a Third Reich minister with a startlingly dramatic amount of menace to his character and, of course, Hitler, all speaking Hindi with a patriotism convincing enough to make them converts to the Gandhi ethos, in words if not in deeds. The tale is told about the last days of Adolf Hitler (Yadav), lovingly accompanied and supported by the ravishing Eva Braun (Dhupia) and wavers between the Fuhrer’s bunker and the Mahatma’s various audiences, punctuated by documentary clips of the Allies attacking Nazi Germany as World War II comes to a tortuous end. Along the way, you wait, fingers crossed, for a song-and-dance sequence to relieve the tedium and the pain, but are subjected to more fervour of various kinds from both the Indians and the Germans – who were such passionate followers of Gandhi, did you know! We certainly did not. And we are left wondering why actors like Yadav and Dhupia, both capable of doing brilliant work, should be part of this turkey.

FREIDA PINTO LATEST UPDATE | LATEST UPDATE OF FREIDA PINTO | LATEST UPDATE OF SLUMDOG MILLONAIRE ACTRESS | FREIDA PINTO GOES TOPLESS
The Slumdog Millionaire actor did a racy photoshoot for a US-based magazine. Did she really need to…
When we first heard that Freida Pinto had shed her girl-next-door image and actually gone topless for an American magazine, we were shocked. Weren’t you, too? Why in the world would she do that? Then we got thinking, and we realised that it’s not so shocking, after all.Freida first burst onto the scene with the Academy Award-winning Slumdog Millionaire. And look how she capitalised on that! Remember how, till the film released, you thought she was the heroine? Then you went to watch it, and waited and waited for more than two-thirds of the movie for her to come onscreen. That didn’t stop her from dressing up in designer wear and attending almost every prestigious film festival she could get invited to. All that networking got her Woody Allen’s You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger and Julian Schnabel’s Miral, but she failed to impress both critics and audiences with her performances in either film. Even Bollywood has not come calling. Buzz is that B-towners are not very appreciative of this pretty lady’s histrionics, so no one’s really interested in offering her any roles here. Freida’s career has not taken off the way you would expect, considering that her first film took her to the Oscars. After her first splash, she is hardly making even a ripple nowadays. Now, are you still surprised with her dare bare act? Definitely not when we remind you that her next film, the Hollywood biggie, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, releases on August 5. What can we say? We just hope it all works out for Freida and she can put her shirt back on. We ain’t betting ours on that one!

AFFAIR OF RANVEER AND ANUSHKA
Ranveer-Anushka open up about their relationship status..
Anushka-Ranveer have been in news, regarding their relationship status, from quite sometime, now. In fact, they have been the most talked about couple in Bollywood.
The famous TV chat show, India’s Most Desirable, had both Anushka and Ranveer on it, though individually, where they spoke about their relationship openly.
Ranveer Singh opened up and said: “Anushka is a lovely girl but right now I have no time for a girlfriend. You need to have time for a girlfriend. At the moment I am starting off and I am too self-absorbed. We fight a lot too!”
Anushka, who will be featuring in this week’s episode, said: “I like him, he’s attractive but we two are very different people.” She added: “If I need to be with another man, he needs to calm me down otherwise it would not be a good relationship… We (Ranveer and Anushka) have a very volatile relationship, we can actually kill each other and I am serious. I can bite his head off, he can take mine off.”
Well, only they know what’s the truth…
NEIL GIVES ROSE TO DEEPIKA | LATEST UPDATE OF DEEPIKA | LATEST LOVER OF DEEPIKA | NEIL NITIN MUKESH LATEST UPDATE
Though their on screen jodi wasn’t that happening, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Deepika Padukone surely make a HIt jodi off-screen. The duo, openly admit about the special bond that they share.
Recently, Neil tweets, “I stood outside deepikas door yesterday with a red rose for three hours. Then I realized that she had gone for the promotions of ‘Aarakshan’.” We are still waiting for DP’s reply.
Just a few days ago, during an interview with a tabloid, Deepika Padukone was asked what she had to say about Neil’s statement, which said, if you were single, he would be the first to be waiting outside your door with a rose. The actress replied,“I don’t know what is stopping him.”
Do you think Neil and Deepika make a cute/hot/rocking couple???
KATRINA KAIF LATEST UPDATE | KATRINA KAIF CHOSES RANBIR OVER AAMIR KHAN
Actress Katrina Kaif opted out of Aditya Chopra’s Dhoom 3 to work with ex beau Ranbir Kapoor in Karan Johar’s next. But unfortunately the dates of both the movies are clashing, leaving Kat in confusion.
As a source tells a tabloid, “Adi can’t tell Aamir to shift his dates for an actress. And Ranbir’s dates can’t be moved because he has a packed schedule. So the only option left was for Katrina to choose either of the films. Adi spoke with Karan over phone and they mutually decided that Katrina should do Karan’s film.”
The source says, “It’s been a difficult decision for Katrina as well. She was looking forward to working with Aamir, and is quite disheartened to let go of such a good opportunity.”
Katrina is very upset with the way things have turned out for her. Losing a film with Aamir Khan is surely upsetting.
SHAHID KAPOOR LATEST ROLE | LATEST UPCOMING MOVIE OF SHAHID KAPOOR
The chocolate boy becomes a bad man in the follow up toOnce Upon a Time in Mumbaai
Bollywood can be a place where fortunes change every Friday. And once in a while, those fortunes are made by the audiences, while other times the stars themselves write their destinies. Shahid Kapoor seems to be one hero who is determined to see that his future is about success, success and more success. Once upon a time the actor was a young loverboy, smiling shyly at girls in films like Ishq Vishq and Vivaah, but soon diversified into darker, more intense characters in movies like Fida and 36 China Town. All along, his dancing skills and his boyish charm were his selling points. And then came Kaminey, in which Shahid seemed to have suddenly grown up, showing off his acting chops and his muscles in equal measure. But all along his sweet side always won out and he grabbed the attention of young women in the audience without much effort. But his next, we hear, could change all that. According to a birdie with a loud chirp, Shahid is considering signing up with Ekta Kapoor for the sequel to Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai, with a whole new gang involved. Akshay Kumar takes over Emraan Hashmi’s role as Dawood Ebrahim, while Shahid is being wooed to be the rival baddie, Chhota Rajan. We heard that Milan Luthria, director of the two films, one a hit and the other aiming to be one, has been trying to persuade Shahid to part of the new project, promising that his role will be long and important. Of course, the challenge – which is the part that we think Shahid will relish – will be to eliminate the softness that is so integral to the actor and which his face cannot easily hide, and to bring out the mean and nasty villainous side of his personality. We wait to find out more but we cannot help being pleasantly intrigued by this one…
SON OF SARDAR LATEST MOVIE UPDATE | AJAY AND SONAKSHI MOVIE | AKSHAY REGISTERED TITLE FIRST | AJAY AND SONAKSHI LATEST IMAGES
The Singham actor might have to fight for the title ‘Son of Sardar’, as Akshay Kumar has already registered it for one of his future productions
After the Hindi remake of Singham struck gold at the box office, Ajay Devgn has quickly moved on to another South Indian remake. The film currently being called SOS (Son of Sardar) will be a Hindi version of the Telugu hit Maryada Ramanna and Ashwini Dhir of Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge-fame will direct it. Sonakshi Sinha has already been signed on to play Ajay’s love interest. Ajay is co-producing the film with good friend NR Pachisia. But there is a slight hitch – the catchy title ‘SOS’ has already been registered by Akshay Kumar’s production house, Hari Om Entertainment. We hear that Akshay’s script for the title is complete and he is in the process of finalising details. Even though Ajay already has his script, director, cast and schedule in place, the title might create some trouble for him. And if Akshay does not agree to part with the title, Ajay will have to look for a new one. Will Akshay give up his claim to the name for his old friend Ajay’s sake? Well, with all the male bonding going on in B-town at the moment, we would be surprised if he doesn’t!

RAKHI SAWANT MARRIAGE TO BABA RAMDEV | LATEST UPDATE OF RAKHI SAWANT | RAKHI SAWANT LATEST CONTROVERSY | RAKHI AND BABA RAMDEV | RAKHI COMMENT FOR BABA RAMDEV
The item girl says on her new show that the yoga guru is the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with…
Rakhi Sawant should consider a change of name: Ms Motormouth! The quote-a-minute gal has come up with a few more, this time less funny, more startling. She has told her audience during a promotional event for her new talk show that she wants to get hitched to Baba Ramdev. We are rather amazed that even she could show such bad – dubious? – taste in men. Okay, she got rid of Abhishek Awasthi after some on-off acts in a media circus, but we figured everyone needs a couple of youthful indiscretions. Then we kinda liked that Elesh Parujanwala when she decided to marry him after her television swayamwar, but he turned out to be a bad egg, at least in Rakhi’s telling of it. Then she declared that she was in love with Rahul Gandhi, which showed that her sense of style and judgement had improved incrementally. Now she says that Ramdev is her choice for the happily-ever-after scene, because she likes his eyes. And, as part of what we presume will finally become her trousseau, she had demanded at least three sets of C-strings, those strangely configured and goodness-knows-how-uncomfortable things that serve as ‘strapless’ panties, thus eliminating the need to disguise pantylines and the like that can ruin the fall of an outfit over the behind that makes Ms Sawant such a bootylicious babe. She wants them in red, green and purple, she insists, and will not shoot unless she is wearing (uhh…is that what they call it?) one. Of course, we always knew that Rakhi was a demanding – and expensive – kind of gal, but perhaps the producers of the new show now have to budget for the Baba’s extended wardrobe too, what with his penchant for women’s salwar kameezes in times of crisis. And with Rakhi as his wife, that will be often indeed….
